What is ICF Mentor Coaching?
ICF Mentor Coaching is a collaborative, reflective process focused on deepening your coaching capability. Unlike business coaching or general supervision, mentor coaching focuses strictly on how you coach in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.
Whether you are pursuing your ACC, PCC, or MCC credential, or renewing your existing credential, ICF requires 10 hours of mentor coaching over a minimum of 3 months:

- At least 3 hours of 1-on-1 individual mentor coaching - that's where I come in!
- Up to 7 hours in a small-group setting (maximum 10 participants)
- Minimum of 3 months between your first and final sessions to allow for application, reflection, and skill growth.

- Feedback & Action Plan: Actionable recommendations after every session so you can practice new techniques before our next meeting.
- Credential Application Support: Documentation and attestation of your completed hours for your official ICF application or renewal submission.
