If you had told me over 20 years ago—back when I was just a student leader at Cal State Long Beach—that my life’s work would involve training leaders across multiple continents, running a non-profit, helping couples replace constant fights with real connection, and walking with men as they break free from addiction… I probably would’ve told you you were dreaming.
Looking back, though? I wouldn't trade this journey for anything.
What Keeps Me Grounded & Driven At my core, I’m a follower of Jesus, a husband, a dad, and a coach. Whether I’m serving as Director of Training at Resource Exchange International, training future coaches at the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, or working directly with my clients at New Culture Coaching, my motivation is simple: helping people become who they were truly made to be.
After spending nearly two decades in non-profit leadership, running programs at places like Eagle Lake Camps and directing international coaching initiatives, I’ve learned one big truth: nobody reaches their full potential alone. We all need a guide, a safe place to process, and someone genuinely in our corner.

Beyond the Coaching Call I live in beautiful Colorado Springs with my incredible wife of nearly two decades and our two young adult kids. Life has brought its share of deep joy and real hardship—we’ve navigated a heavy cancer journey, survived natural disasters, raised our children, and mentored couples through the messy middle of life. Those lived experiences shape how I coach just as much as my credentials do.
